Investors Debate Market Outlook

With weakening economic growth in China and other concerns driving market volatility, billionaire investor George Soros says capital markets currently remind him of conditions that existed during the economic crisis of 2008. However, other investors say there is no need to panic. So reports CNN Money.

Equity markets, of course, are off to a historically terrible start in 2016, but Lisa Kopp, who heads up traditional investing at U.S. Bank Wealth Management, says an additional proverbial shoe would have to drop to trigger a bear market.
