Many Baby Boomer entrepreneurs plan to finance their retirement by selling their businesses, yet many have neglected to make business succession plans. So reports CNBC.

Despite the many challenges involved with selling a business, less than 30% of business owners have made such plans, according to a FPA/CNBC study of financial advisors and their clients.
