New NAPFA Members Need CFP Credentials

The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) has decided to require new members to be Certified Financial Planners (CFPs).

So reports AdvisorOne. The organization for fee-only financial advisors says existing members without the CFP designation can continue as members under a grandfather clause.
