Gerald William Nannen and his firm, Senior Financial Advisors, Inc. of East Longmeadow, Mass., has been charged with fraud and dishonest and unethical business practices. So reports 22WWLP.com.

Among other issues, the complaint alleges that Nannen issued unregistered notes and claimed the securities would generate 50% interest.
