Retirement Plan Participants Open to Using Annuities

Eighty percent of retirement plan participants would allocate assets to annuities if the products were available in their employer sponsored programs.

That's according to the 2018 Retirement Confidence Survey from the Employee Benefits Research Institute and Greenwald & Associates. So reports InsuranceNet News. Elderly individuals with defined benefit plan benefits and Social Security, however, were less likely to say they would use annuities.
