Many Self-Directed Investors Don’t Trust Advisors

Among investors with net worth between $100,000 and $1 million who do not use investment professionals, 36% say they believe advisors won’t look out for their best interests, according to a Spectrem’s Millionaire Corner survey. So reports Millionaire Corner.

Other survey respondents said they don’t think they have sufficient assets to warrant having an advisor, while others say they believe they can do a better job than advisors or that they cannot afford fees.
