FINRA Approves Rule Requiring Signing Bonus Disclosure

A proposed rule that would require advisors to disclose bonuses that they receive as an enticement to change firms has been approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. So reports Marketplace.

The rule now goes to the Securities and Exchange Commission which will vote on if it should be implemented.
