FINRA May Require Brokers to Disclose Bonuses

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (Finra) has proposed requiring brokers who change firms to disclose signing bonuses received from their new employers.

So reports Financial Advisor Magazine. The regulatory organization disclosed in July that it was evaluating potential conflicts of interests at 14 of the nation's largest brokerages.
