Advisor Charged with Stealing $19M

A federal court has indicted Richard Wyatt Davis Jr. of Charlotte, N.C., on charges related to his alleged theft of $19 million from clients. So reports WBTV.

Davis reportedly told clients, including friends from his church, that he could invest assets in a safe fund that was earning 32% a year, but he took the money and used it for his own expenses.
