Dodd-Frank Won’t Be Overturned: House Critic

A staunch critic of the Dodd-Frank law, Rep. Scott Garrett (R-N.J.), says he doesn’t think legislators can overturn the controversial legislation and should instead take a piecemeal approach to diluting it.
