Vanguard Reportedly Considering Becoming Industry Cop
Vanguard is apparently seeking to hire an attorney that would monitor competitors’ marketing programs and help the firm decide if it should notify FINRA of potential regulatory violations. So reports Philly.com.
The firm had posted a help wanted ad seeking the attorney, but removed the ad shortly after a reporter made an inquiry into the matter.
