RIAs Remain Optimistic Despite Pandemic: Survey

The new TD Ameritrade 2020 RIA Sentiment Survey Mid-Year Update finds that, despite the pandemic, RIAs remain optimistic about their businesses. So reports Financial Advisor.

Optimism colorful 1643273 640RIAs also remain optimistic about the economy and the financial markets. The findings come as 40% of RIAs say they have increased their AUM and revenue. Furthermore, 58% say they’ve added clients during the first half of 2020.

Interestingly, 61% say they’ve returned to their physical office. Another 8% expect to return in September or November, while 9% say they’ll return in the new year. Meanwhile, 4% have no plans to reopen their office.
