UBS Keeping Pay Unchanged in 2021

Jason Chandler, head of UBS Wealth Management USA, said the bank’s U.S. brokerage business is not making changes to its 2020 financial advisor compensation in 2021. That’s according to an internal memo. So reports Advisor Hub.

dollar 3706548 640 smallHeading into 2020, UBS raised payout hurdles for the bank’s 6,000 U.S. brokers. In 2021, UBS broker payout will continue to be in the range of 28% to 50% of what they produce.

“As we come to the close of this challenging year, I am extremely proud of how you have remained focused on doing the best for our clients and business,” he wrote in the memo, according to Advisor Hub. “Everything we do is focused on putting you in the best possible position to deliver a superior client experience, grow your practices, drive revenue and achieve your professional ambitions.”
