FAs Have New Opportunities Due to Americans’ Changing Financial Priorities

Many Americans are receptive to receiving financial advice. In fact, 44% of Americans without an advisor say they now recognize the benefits of working with one after the turbulence seen in 2020. So reports BenefitsPro.com.

Security acquisition agreement 3489902 1920The findings are part of the results of a new Harris poll conducted for Million Dollar Round Table. The survey also found that more than half of adults say their top New Year’s resolution relates to their finances.

Further, the survey notes that a third of Americans households saw their income fall in 2020, even when considering government aid. At the same time, 28% of Americans with a financial advisor saw household income rise in 2020, almost double (15%) those without an advisor.
