Wells Fargo Pushes Back Office Return Again  

The delta variant has already caused Wells Fargo to push back its return to the office at least once, from Sept. 6 to Oct. 18. Now, the firm is pushing the date back again to Nov. 1. So reports Yahoo! Finance.

wells fargoIn November, operations and contact center employees are set to return. They will be followed by business support and enterprise employees, who are scheduled for a December return, according to an internal memo.

Scott Powell, the chief operating officer, said the firm is reviewing its plans following President Biden's executive order requiring employees at firms with 100 people or more to get vaccinated or undergo weekly testing for COVID-19. "We are studying these proposed requirements to better understand how they apply to our RTO plans, and will share more information when it is available," Powell wrote, according to the article.
