Wells Fargo Sued by Fired Brokers Claiming Discrimination  

Wells Fargo Advisors has been slapped with a lawsuit by two former brokers who allege the company fired them in 2022 due to age and racial discrimination. So reports Think Advisor.

wells fargoTimothy Poppen, 64, and Bryan Palonis, 62, claim in a complaint filed in Indiana federal court that Wells Fargo filed them for being white and over 60, purportedly violating the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

Wells Fargo declined to comment to Think Advisor.
