Advisor Trio Pitches High Yield Scam to FBI Agents

Three advisors have been sentenced to prison after they inadvertently pitched a high yield investment scam to an FBI undercover agent. So reports the Ocean County Register.

William Ferry of Newport Beach, Dennis Clinton of San Diego, and Paul Martin of New Jersey have received jail terms ranging from 15 to 30 months for trying to defraud the agent with what they claimed was a high-yield, low-risk investment product that was offered through the Federal Reserve.
