Americans Give Themselves Low Grades for Financial Literacy

In a recent survey by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, 61% of individuals say they have no budget and 41% say they would give themselves a 'C' for their knowledge of finance. So reports the Chicago Tribune.

In addition, two-thirds of respondents say they have not checked their credit scores in the past 12 months.
