Vanguard Testing Low-Cost Advisory Service

Vanguard is testing its Vanguard Personal Advisor Services offering, which provides asset management and telephone, email and video chat access to financial planners for a fee of 30 basis points of assets. So reports Forbes.

The service is available to investors with a minimum of $100,000 in assets and features a steep drop in fees from its current offering, which charges 70 basis points.
