Finra Suspends Broker for Note-Taking Violations  

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has suspended a veteran broker for two months over his note-taking on client calls. So reports Advisor Hub.

finra 2Finra alleged that Derek John Rehill, a Long Island-based financial advisor with 24 years in the industry, recorded inaccurate details of four client telephone calls.

Rehill, who settled the claims without admitting or denying wrongdoing, did not immediately comment to the news service.
