Ex-Edward Jones Broker Suspended Over Texted Documents

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has suspended an ex-Edward Jones broker for 15 months and imposed a $15,000 fine for allegedly texting client documents to a colleague over her personal phone and then misleading investigators. So reports AdvisorHub.

Edward JonesDelaina Kucish agreed to the regulator’s sanctions without admitting or denying its findings.

Kucish, who was with Edward Jones for more than 21 years, is reportedly no longer a registered broker or advisor.
