Bill: Brokers Can Register Once, Operate in Many States

The Senate has passed the National Association of Registered Agents and Brokers Reform Act of 2014, which would prevent registered agents and brokers from having to register in each state in which they operate. So reports Benefitspro.

Registered agents and brokers, however, would have to be members of the National Association of Registered Agents and Brokers and be registered in one state.
