Congressman: SEC Security Breaches Are Frightening

Computer security breaches recently discovered by Security and Exchange Inspector General are “frightening” says Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-Texas).

So reports Advisorone.com. The breach left sensitive information regarding markets and business vulnerable and was a result of a lapse in judgment by the regulatory body, he maintains. The breach, which involved using unencrypted laptops, occurred in the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets.
