Advisors Misunderstanding Clients’ Desire for Annuities

Advisors have been underestimating their clients’ opinions of annuities, according to a new study by Genworth Financial. So reports LifeHealthPro.

The study surveyed 1,340 retired individuals and pre-retirees and 400 financial advisors and it found that clients’ views of annuities were more favorable than the advisors’ perception of how clients view the products.
