Investors Preference for Low Cost Products is Slashing 401(k) Fees

Retirement plan fees are falling as 401(k) participants increasingly embrace low-cost products. So reports Financial Advisor.

According to a study by the Investment Company Institute and researcher Brightscope, the average 401(k) plan expense totaled 0.89% of assets in 2013, down from 1.02% in 2009.
