CFP Holders Earn More and Are More Trusted
Advisors with the Certified Financial Planner distinction tend to have higher levels of trust among clients and earn, on average, 20% more than other advisors, according to a study funded by the CFP Board of Standards and conducted by the Aite Group. So reports AccountingWeb.
According to the study, a high portion of CFP designees comply with the fiduciary standard, conduct frequent financial updates with clients, and embrace fee-based compensation.
