Former Napfa Chairman Gets 16 Year Jail Term

Mark Spangler, a former head of the fee-only advisor organization Napfa, has been sentenced to 16 years in prison for betraying clients in a multi-million dollar scam. So reports Financial Advisor.

Spangler has also been ordered to pay $19.8 million in restitution.
